Wrong sized hoodie sent

I ordered a hoodie last week shipping came pretty fast. I ordered xxl hoodie to be a little big incase it were to shrink when washed… when I went to try the hoodie on it was way small. My wife tried it on and she’s a women’s medium to large size in women’s clothes and it’s snug on her. The return policy sales all sales are final, so be sure you will fit before you buy…. I reached out to seek one over 24 hours ago with no response as of yet. Like I said I wouldn’t buy unless you know you will fit or you can try it on first.
