Operations Lead

Seek One is looking for a business operations lead to help manage every aspect of our business. We are seeking someone that understands the hunting industry and has professional experience in business administration. Job Description

Merchandise: Manage ordering, invoicing, receiving, and fulfillment of merchandise.

Media/Production: Scheduling and managing producers, invoice approval, media management.

Sponsor Relations: Maintain open communication with sponsors, contract management, invoice management.

Tradeshows: Managing trade show booth build and assembly, travel planning for trade show booth team, merchandise planning for trade shows.

Customer Service: Managing customer service team.

Accounting/Payroll: Manage third party accounting firm.

Business Development: Involvement in new business ventures.

Qualifications

-Minimum 2 years experience in a business administration role.

-Detail Oriented

-Motivated and Organized

-Strong communication skills

This position will be full-time employment and will require candidate to work from our headquarters in Roswell, Georgia along side the rest of our team.
