At Seek One Provisions, we stand behind our gear. Our goal is to make sure you’re confident in what you’re using in the field—while keeping our return process fair, efficient, and sustainable.
Return Window

Returns: Eligible within 30 days of purchase

Exchanges: Eligible within 45 days of purchase
Holiday Return Window
Orders placed from the Monday of Thanksgiving week through December 25 are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days after December 25.

We strongly encourage instant exchanges to ensure you get the right gear as quickly as possible.
Return Fees
United States

Exchange: $7.00 paid seperately

Store Credit: $7.00 (deducted from Store Credit total)

Refund: $7.00 (deducted from refund total)
Canada

Refund only: $17.00 USD

Exchanges and store credit are not available
Return Shipping Protection (Loop Checkout)
At checkout, you may be offered the option to purchase Free Return and Package Protection for a small fee that varies based on order value.

If purchased: Return shipping is covered and your package is protected.

If declined: You will be subject to the return fees listed above at the time of return
This service does not override or replace any of our return eligibility rules.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

Tags attached
-
Free of scent contamination
-
Not used in the field
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Items with tags removed

Opened or used Bone Head scent products (including any opened container, regardless of use)

Used hunting gear
-
Final sale or clearance items
-
All Bone Head Scents products
Condition Violations
Returns showing any of the following may be rejected:

Signs of field use
-
Strong odors (including scent products, smoke, etc.)

Missing tags
-
Wear or damage
Refunds
-
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Return fees will be deducted from the total refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
-
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected
Store Credit

Issued at equal value of returned item(s)

Never expires

Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Exchanges

Instant exchanges are available through our returns portal

Allows you to receive your new item before your return is completed

Subject to approval and payment authorization through Loop
Partial Returns
If returning part of an order:

The full return fee still applies

Refund or credit will reflect only the returned item(s)
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product:

We will cover return shipping

We will send a replacement item at no cost

Lost Packages
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for lost packages

Seek One Customer Service will provide necessary support information
If you purchased package protection at checkout, your claim will be handled through the protection provider and if approved you will be refunded in full and able to make a new purchase on the website.
Return Abuse & Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to:

Deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements

Refuse service to customers with excessive or abusive return behavior

Limit or reject returns at our discretion

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our official returns portal powered by Loop.
Return instructions and shipping labels will be provided upon approval.
Final Note
We build gear for real hunters and real conditions. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right, but we also expect returned gear to meet the same standards we send it out with.
