Shipping and Returns

Order/Process: Currently all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.  You should receive your order within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Once the order ships, the shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will generate and will be emailed to you. Although not required, we encourage you to create an account and provide an accurate e-mail with us so you can track your order.

Shipping/Order Policy:

-Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (two business days) of being placed. During promotional periods and times of high order volume, shipping times are likely to increase. Processing/ shipping times are not guaranteed.

-We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders taken on Fridays will ship the following week.

-A confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of order placement to the email you provided in your order information.

-Tracking information will be emailed once a shipping label is generated by our fulfillment center.

-If an item is unavailable, it cannot be backordered.

Returns / Exchanges: 

30 day return/refund policy: Item may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. You must provide order number to verify purchase. Item must be unworn/unused and in it’s original packaging with all tags intact. Allow 5-7 business days for item to be received and refund to be issued. Refund will be issued back to original form of purchase.

Return Shipping: 

If you received the wrong item or the item was damaged upon receipt, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any other reason, then you are responsible for return shipping. Once the return authorization process is complete, you’ll be given the return/exchange shipping address.
