Antler Lockup Hoodie

I am not one to leave reviews and I’m sure I would have loved this sweatshirt, but after ordering the wrong size (my fault) I began to run into issues. The beginning of the return process seemed great. I was told to ship it out to them and I would get the correct size sent back to me, this was 12/18. I was patient as it was the holiday season and waited until after the New Year to reach out again after not receiving any shipping confirmation. I was then told it would ship the next Monday. After waiting patiently and sending a few emails in between for nearly another month I finally received one back today 2/12 stating it was back ordered and I would get my money back instead. This was a month after I was told it would be sent to us within a week! I just wanted to share this to make sure you pick the right size the first time. I will be ordering a different sweatshirt that is in stock, so hopefully I won’t need to exchange again!

I would love to buy lots of you’re clothing but you guys don’t offer 3XL and I’ve talked to several people who said they would love to buy from you to but you didn’t offer bigger than 2XL. If you could offer bigger sizes that would be great
